[Bug]: Breeding issues

Issue Description

So I posted about changing the fact that you can't breed tamed chocobos. I realize now that that's not intended behavior. So I can't get chocobos to breed if they fall under some weird rules, the main issue is that I can't breed tamed chocos. After further testing, I found I run into the same problem with chocobos that were spawned from the breeding process. I've tried with the breeding gysahl and the gold ones and I've found, unless one or both of the chocobos are either naturally generated or spawned by command or egg, they will not breed. This makes breeding a white choco impossible without cheats. I've tried with one tamed and one untamed and found that they will not breed either.
