add eclipse and github build actions
fix NPE in Looting Handler
fix read data in ExperienceTomeStorage
fix some warnings / code cleanup stuff
Infuser Tile: remove some mark dirty and minor cleanup. TE looks good actually
remove some deprecated calls to RenderSystem.color4f

halting for tonight. I can do recipes and tags, and maybe stairs in new pr tomorrow
