[Bug]: It is unknown how to make first Force rod

Issue Description

Force rod requires force stick, but force sticks can be crafted from force logs, which requires a force sapling, which requires a force rod. In dartcraft you could make a force rod with 3 durability using stick, but you can't in this mod. Also the manual book can't be found in JEI.

Added the alternative force rod recipe that uses regular sticks in 1.20.1
