[Suggestion]: Allow nuggets to form when fluid is exactly 100 mb

Suggestion Description

According to Integrated Dynamics inside of the vat I have exactly 100 mb and nugget is not formed. Please change that so that automation on a larger scale would be feasible. Currently, this locks vat to only deal with single type of berry, which also means that if we have 5 types of ores we need to have everything x5. If this is changed we will be able to split vats into crushing and evaporation, and then use mods like Super Factory Manager to move fluids between them to allow way higher processing speed without pointless duplication.
