Spells only cast in creative

Issue Description

Spell words will not cast for anyone but creative users, regardless of level.

Reproduce Steps

Find a few spellwords and attempt to use them outside of, and then within creative mode. Sphaera is the unlisted word for the "Sphere" shape, Fractionis sphaera will break a block. I suggest testing with these
