1.16.5 also has no recipe #3

I saw you said that 1.16.5 has a recipe, but my mod version is 1.1.1, and no recipe can be found in jei. That issue was closed, I can only post it again here.

Using mods such as CRT will increase a lot of startup time. I sincerely hope that you can provide the recipe. I will be very grateful for that.
