The lang settings you've translated were unused. I changed it back so it uses them but by doing so I had to update the lang file.

I changed all of the lang keys to tooltips so the text shows on hovering the ingame config editor. The only text that needs a new translation is the configgui.unhealthydying.regen.regenTargets.tooltip line.
