Issue Description
When setting S:"Health Setting"=SCOREBOARD_TEAM in the config file, the game fails to respect the setting.
I join a scoreboard team and die - - my health decreases by 1 (due to me changing the config).
Dying again after the first time, however, doesn't decrease my health.
I tested with default health decrements (2) and with 1.
