An option to give back health after some time passed

Suggestion Description

I play heavy modded with son and we have quite hard settings: we loose all health when die and need to kill 30 pigs to restore it. So he died early game when we don't have farm yet.

So we play for 12-16 hours with 1 hp.

So that's why I want a setting to reset HP back after some time. Say after 4 hours real-time.
