What does this PR do?

[x] Create fetch call and invoke with quiz inputs after a quiz is submitted
[x] Refactor Main into a Functional Component
[x] Remove results route and refactor as a child of Questionnaire with conditional rendering.
[x] Add dynamic content and props to Card and Results

Anything to note?

Need to figure out why the page isn't rendering the sorry you need a cat message until the submission button is clicked
We need to add additional styling for when there's a sorry cat message and when there's only one dog shown.
