[x] Remove extra slash from API URL. Should fix Vercel issue
[x] Move API Call into helper file
[x] Fixed rendering bug in Results by adding optional chaining.
[x] Changed Results to a class component and made reset a method instead of a prop
[x] Add componentDidMount to Questionnaire and have it reset quiz results if quiz results exist.
[x] Update browser tab to use icon and app name
