i can only get rattle 5.x version #3

Hi, Mrinal in R studio when i try to install all the time it's getting only rattle 5.x version in that we can't access when load a White wine data ROC and Logistic models i couldn't find the stable version can you give me a link where to get the lower version or stable version of rattle()

https://github.com/cran/rattle/releases. I have got this download but unsuccessful in uninstalling 5.0 version and installing the 4.05 version. If you are successful in doing please let me know the steps. rattle_4.0.5.tar.gz
