Does it need to be generative? Cannot be simply AI? I can do both, but the generative is not very beginner as you state in your README file..

you can do simple AI also and there are many open source libraries are there like wav2lip, and rvc2. Make basic programs in Python to implement these things

You can use APIs, langchain etc
