Changes proposed in this pull request

Resolution Resolution is now two folded – which created separate user journeys to overcome the bug. Case1: User can now provide the country name(optional) along with city name , so that application can fetch the weather accurately image

Case2: Even if user does not provide optional country name , still the outcome now includes the country name. image
