Internet explorer doesn't see installed o3D #124

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run internet explorer
2.try to open o3d samples

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IE says that I need plugin, and routes me to o3d page. 
But I already have this plugin which works on Firefox on the same system 
without problems.
uninstall/reinstalling plugin didn't help

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista Business 32, IE 7 (7.0.6000.16851). When I go to Tools->Manage 
Addons.. there is no sign of o3D in all types of lists.

Recently the same problem happened on similar Vista system with Chrome browser 
as well.
