Beach Demo: Running sample turns to blue screen in disabling plugin

OS: Leopard,Tiger
Browser: Firefox
Chipset : ATY,RadeonX1600,Nvidia GeForce 9400
O3D: 0.1.42.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Beach demo sample : 
http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/beachdemo/beachdemo.html
2. Disable O3D plugin - Firefox ( Tools -- O3D --Disable )
( Looks like Safari and camino don't have option to disable)

Actual: Sample stops running and it turns to blue screen. Re-Enabling doesn't 
loads.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sample should run , or looks good if it displays some subjective message

Ismail - if you re-enable the plugin and refresh does the page does the sample 
start up 
again?  What does Windows Firefox do?

- Re-enable+Refresh --> makes sample work
- Windows/FF also have the same behavior as mac. It only works after 
Re-enable+refresh.

We can live with requiring a reload if the plugin is disabled and then enabled.
