Crash: Safari / Basic Render Target : o3d::ObjectManager::DestroyAllPacks() #144

  Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
  RAM: 2048 MB

O3D:
  O3D version: 0.1.42.0.453  <<<Release>>>

Sample: Basic Render Target http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/render-
targets.html

Installed Browsers:
  Safari: 4.0.3 (5531.9)

Chipset: ATY,RadeonX1600 , Nvidia GeForce 9400

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the sample 
http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/render-targets.html
2. Click on the 3D object 
3. Quit the browser

Actual: Safari crashes.
"The application safari quit unexpectedly. The problem may have been caused by 
the Breakpad 
plug-in"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Browser should not crash.

Yep. you are right.
Public version            : Not able to Reproduce.
O3D: 0.1.42.0           : Issue Exists

I'm not able to reproduce this with our release candidate build 0.1.42.1 from 
pulse. 
Could you please verify that it's still happening?

Steps : 

1. Load the example .
2. Leave it to run for a while.
3. Resize the browser.
4. Close the browser. 
5. Immediately double click on the safari icon on the doc. 

Repeatable on 

Platform:
