Tiger/Safari 3: 0.1.40.1 : Running Beach demo gives Uncaught Reference Error #148

OS: Tiger
Browser: Safari 3
Chipset: ATY RadeonX1600 / Nvidia GeForce xxx 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Beach Demo sample in Safari 3( 
http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/beachdemo/beachdemo.html) 

Actual: A Popup comes up saying ERROR: 
Uncaught.ReferenceError:g_reflectionTexture is not 
defined in. Sample strucks with that dialog.  ( Attached screenshot )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Demo should run seamlessly.

How Safari 4 works for the same demo?
Safari 4 dont have any issues . It works fine.

Do u see the same issue on Leopard/Safari 3?
No. Safari3 on Leopard works fine.

This is on public build .

On the new build O3D version: 0.1.42.0, all the Samples fail Tiger , on all the 
video cards.

  Processor: 2 Intel 2.40 GHz
  RAM: 2048 MB

O3D:

  Safari: 4.0.3 (5531.9)
  Firefox: 3.5.3 (3.5.3)
  Camino: 1.6.9 (1609.08.15)
