Firefox 2: Old School Shadows sample doesn't show up #165

Build: O3D release build 73
   OS: Windows all

Browsers:Firefox 2.0.0.20

Steps:
1. Install O3D release build 73
2. Launch Firefox 2.0 build
3. Navigate to sample: 
http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/old-school-shadows.html
4. Observe

Result:
The sample doesn't show up

Expected:
The sample should show up correctly

Notes:
This issue doesn't happen on Firefox 3/3.5, doesn't happen on IE and Chrome 
either
