Safari/Progressive archive loading: Sample overlaps on the texture Info when tried to page down. #166

O3D:
  O3D version: 0.1.42.1  <<<Release>>>

Installed Browsers:
  Safari: 4.0.3 (5531.9)
  Firefox: 3.5.3 (3.5.3)
  Camino: 1.6.7Int (1609.03.27)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Sample on safari http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/archive-
textures.html
2. Perform "Start Loading"
3. To view the loaded texture Information do page down till end of the page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sample  should not come down with the page and overlap the texture Information

Note: Firefox is perfect. It doesn't overlap on the generated Info.

Seems like a common issue here.  The O3D client area doesn't follow the 
surrounding 
page (whether we're scrolling or switching tabs).
