There was an issue caused by a faulty push of O3D in late November. The
workaround
is to:
1. Open up the control panel and uninstall O3D (should appear in the list of
installed programs)
2. Go back to the o3d download site and try to install again

Please let me know if you're still having issues with it.

Floating this back out to the list so that it becomes visible. This workaround
should fix the issue that some internal machines are facing.
