Installation failed. Errpr cpde 0x80040905 #199

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. execute O3DSetup.exe on stock lenovo T61 laptop
2. starts installing...  then the error in "summary"
3.  Have rebooted and tried.  Have tried to after stopping running browsers 
(Chrome and FF).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
O3dsETUP was downloaded today.

What hardware are you using:  graphics card type?  motherboard type?
Stock Lenovo T61;  have Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M
Please provide any additional information below.

Can you please try to uninstall and re-install?  You might need admin 
privileges to
uninstall o3d
