Scroll scroll wheel on mouse.

The view appears to zoom directly on the surface of an object leaving the
screen a solid color.

Still not fixed in Linux /w 0.1.40.0~svn20090713r20556
The beach demo is fine until i use the mouse wheel, it gives me a black or green
background. After ~30 sec (i.e. when the scene changes), it's back as expected.

It's fixed top of trunk, if you open the locally built samples, but the fix 
hasn't 
made its way to the website, so 
http://o3d.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/samples/beachdemo/beachdemo.html is still 
broken.
