Can't connect to RSK #275

I'm trying to connect to RSK using my Ledger, but it neveer asks for the Ledger connection. I need this tool to swipe addresses with m/44'/0'/0'/0 derivation path and recover rBTC from the RSK Bridge.

It seems like Ledger only supports m/44'/00'/... (note the extra 0) for RSK, not m/44'/0'. It shouldn't make any difference for deriving addresses though, but it's possible that it doesn't work without the extra 0. I'm not sure if I added support for RSK to FindETH in the first place. Note that FindETH cannot transfer any funds, only help you find your (lost) funds.
