Describe the bug/crashreport
Brass blank cast is STILL non-weldable and cant be melted in smeltry.
This bug is tested both local and server side.
Only brass cast is tested, other blank cast might be the same.
To Reproduce
This bug contains 2 situations.
First situation:
1.Forge a double ingot into a blank cast.
2.Take the blank cast out of the anvil.
3.The blank cast cant be returned to the anvil.
Second situation:
1.Repeat all actions in situation 1, but leave the cast in anvil.
2.Put a sheet in.
3.Quit the GUI of anvil and right click the anvil with a TFC hammer.
4.The game says "The item(s) can't be welded"
Mean while, the brass blank cast also can't be put into crucible, neither can it be melted by the smeltry of TConstruct.
Expected behavior
The blank cast should be weldable and meltable.
