Add option to create entities if entities do not exist #11

@veljko Thank you for the PR but it seems not complete enough to me to include it (limited to language code 1033, no possibility to specify display names, etc.) But I worked on this feature and here is what it looks like image

I knew you will do the better job ;) You are right, your addition looks much better, I needed very simple functionality to duplicate some attributes (and create entities) from one to another environment and thought to send it. Thanks a lot for making Attribute Factory even better!
