Enhancement suggestion: Add the setting for default search experience #24

Referring to the General -> Select the default search experience -> Default search experience setting.

Would be great to be able to set this for all users so that they can use relevance search or an additional search provider by default (additional provider in my case).

If you can point me to a similar previous PR, I could have a look at it. If you agree with the addition of course.
