This one is a problem with your connection file, not the plugin itself
How so ? As I am able to use other plugins
Could you work with me to point out my error?

Can you explicit how you are connected? Did you provide login/password when creating the connection or do you use some kind of SSO?

connection - I have two setup
we do use MFA to login to CRM so I have to approve the connection on my phone once every 24 hours

I guess this issue shouldn't appear anymore since I changed the way each user settings are handled. Please reopen the issue if this is not fixed
