Add Area and some fields are gone. (SiteMapEditor v1.2016.12.3)

After updating the SiteMapEditor some fields and options are gone. Option:

• The option to add a Area (seems always the first option in the list)

Fields:

• Always the first field of the properties section (for example: ID, LCID)

Redownload XrmToolBox and the last version of the SiteMapEditor without luck.
