Not able to load sitemap - newest version of Sitemap Editor #8

Hi, today I downloaded the latest version Sitemap Editor and when I click on "Load Sitemap" button, the following error messages are displayed: Either

Before the update, 10 minutes before the update, it worked. Could you please advise me what to do? I really need this tool.

What is your version of XrmToolBox and CRM?

XrmToolBox is version 1.2017.2.13 and CRM is Dynamics 365.
