BPF tables from managed solution show as faulty #1

Hi @MscrmTools - thank you for XrmToolbox.

If a BPF is installed from a managed (e.g. ISV) solution the BPF and associated table will be installed as managed. If the BPF is customised in an unmanaged solution then the associated table will be added by the maker portal automatically.

The Solution Table Integrity Manager is reporting this as a faulty table. I do not believe it is because the BPF tables are managed by the platform and not intended to be altered manually.
