[BUG] Windows Explorer crash when XRMToolbox is open on Laptop with 2 screens attached #1335

Describe the bug If I have 2 extra screens (1x landscape, 1x Portrait) attached to my laptop and I have Outlook, Edge, Visual Studio AND XRMToolbox open and then switch between XRM Toolbox and VS or Edge, my Windows Explorer (Startmenu and Taskbar) crashes and I'm stuck for several seconds before Taskbar is restarted.

This only happens when I have both screens attached and only if XRMToolbox is open AND only if one of the screens display orientation is set to Portrait!

To Reproduce See Description above

Expected behavior Windows Explorer and Taskbar should not crash

This is a such specific issue that I even don't know where to start...
