Implement social media buttons in the header #1

The header has buttons for facebook, instagram, and youtube. These buttons should navigate the user to the respective urls in the church info content.

Can use content.js with churchInfo element. Pull data out of this to get the hyperlink.

Switching this to MVP2. The buttons were implemented but just as hard coded links for now. Leaving open to track using the urls from the content system instead.
