Added Fractal engine to Reward cookies #2

looking at your patch, the fractal engine is still missing in the upgrades list and in the synergies list just above of your changes. but it only affects players who cant reach 400 fractal engines easily. might want to patch it thought.

need to look up the ids of the fractal engine ugrades and the synergies aswell as the grandma fractal engine upgrade. dont know how to find them out thought. if you know how to look up the ids, then if you post them somewhere i can do the manual copy paste work and add a pull reqeust if you like

yo the ids are available on http://cookieclicker.wikia.com/wiki/Upgrades. will do a pull sometime tomorrow. its just a minor copy paste update work
