Add 2 new ways to produce soul:
Making condensed soul from cobbled deepslate (including soul smelting) and burning the unpacked items should give a net positive of 5-10
(Soul Sacrificer) A block that kills mobs, uses 10 soul each mob. Has 2 modes:
Insta-Kills mobs with normal drops
Insta-Kills mobs, gives no drop but produces 3 soul each mob maxHP (net positive based on entity), with a 1% chance of adding 10% of the max mobHP as vessel
The Soul Sacrificer has configs for: soul produced, soul consumed, vessel chance and vessel percentage
