What this pr does:
Fix

- Now it is possible to generate more roms without close/start again the tool
Add support for GS cheatcodes but the original code was in debug mode so marked as experimental
Moved some code from UI to the new class
Replacing internal function with QT native to simplify it
Clean the output log at every rom patching
