Message Problem (German) #102

Dear editor, When I'm trying to change the messages to german, it will still show the messages ingame in english. Although, the messages in the config are still in german. Seems like they aren't correctly loaded out of config.

This probably the same issue as #83

I don’t know what is the cause of this problem. And I don’t know when I will take time to fix this. Sorry.
