compatibility 1.13 - you're not looking at a container block #99

The plugin loads fine and reacts to commands. But aiming at a chess via looking at it seems broken: you're not looking at a container block

( atm I can only guess it has something to do with getTargetBlock being partly deprecated. It seems that for compiling STATIONARY_WATER etc. have to be replaced by LEGACY_STATIONARY_WATER. )

I don't know if you are still having this issue but I found that if I switch to spectator mode then fly inside the container, it recognizes that I'm looking at one.

I hope this plugins gets a 1.13 update. It enabled so many fun projects on my server!

Is there still a 1.13.1 update for the great plugin or is it abandoned?
