Add generic filtering to REve processing sequence #145

Adding a generic filter module (EID is a good candidate) to the sequence would provide both the ability to filter based on EID, and allow users to override that with a custom filter of their own design/choice on top of the default REve top-level script.

This asks to extend that by defining a sequence in the REve prolog

For this you want a module which acts as a filter that can easily be added to the .fcl and a user could edit that? I think we had this at some point, I dont know why it was removed.....
