Add a default script to run REve #146

Common features of the 'example' scripts (such as event filtering) should be consolidated into a single 'fcl/RunREve.fcl' script to allow standard configuration without duplication. This should be a basic script that runs on any file. The examples could then build on this (with #include) to specialize the display for different purposes.

we already have something similar e.g. "helix_example.fcl" but we can extend the "examples" to more use cases and event filtering seems a really good additional example

I've turned "helix_example" to "nominal_Example" it works with anything that is in nominal geometry. There is an analogous file for extracted. Is this enough @brownd1978
