Project embeds don't have option to include "Search this document collection" #192

Summary of the problem
When creating an embed for a project, there should be an option to toggle the ability to show “search this document collection” on DocumentCloud. An example embed is as follows: https://embed.documentcloud.org/projects/2021-tifs-210772/?embed=1&searchbar=1
Steps to reproduce the bug
On a project that you own/admin, click on the pencil icon, then “Share/Embed Project” and then the iframe doesn’t have a toggle for &searchbar=1
