Add “Update your Email” notification to DocumentCloud #201

What is the problem we are trying to solve?

There are many DocumentCloud users whose emails are outdated. They may only use DocumentCloud, and therefore they don’t see the alert on MuckRock/Squarelet to update their email addresses.

How wide spread is this issue?

When we pull our top 500 users of DocumentCloud to send out our survey, we received many bounce back emails, indicating that many users are using outdated email addresses.

How can we solve this issue?

Adding a UI element to prompt the user to change their email address because it is outdated, similar to how MuckRock and Squarelet have.
