"Your Projects" list not showing all projects #920

Feedback:

I see that many of my Projects from the older site have not transferred to the new one.

After I followed up, they replied with more detail:

When I click "Your Projects" the list of projects remains the same, i.e. on the pinned ones only. Also, if you look at my projects' list in the legacy site, you can see that in fact they are almost all pinned. So, I'm not sure what the issue is.

It looks like project list pagination is not working, and that's our culprit.

We also lost the links to public projects when we changed up the sidebar last week.

That link moved to the "Explore" action now, though it's not as obvious.
