Verified org should be marked as their display org when logging in for the first time #225

If a user is logging into DocumentCloud for the first time, their active org should be their verified org instead of their personal org which is likely unverified, so that there is less confusion

This seems like it is actually due to invitations not working properly

They were indeed not a part of the organization. I think this is a user error
