Scheduled/Recurring Requests #1

Users should be able to schedule one-time (on a certain date) and recurring requests (the request will be refiled weekly/monthly/yearly). It might be nice to include the ability to do some relative values ("I request any emails sent between [today's date - 1 week] to [today's date]") but for simplicity, just having recurring and scheduled requests would be very useful.

Yes, not a huge priority but I think it will fit in nicely with cloning at some point.
