Homepage Completed & "Total requests success" numbers don't match #1181

Homepage "Completed" request number is significantly lower than the "Total Requests Success" number in stats.

I think the number on the home page should be "Total requests partial" plus "Total requests success."

It looks like the difference is the homepage is excluding requests with the status 'done' or 'partial' which do not have a 'done date' set. All done and partial requests should have this set, so I'm assuming the ones missing it are just old. I also don't know why its excluding them.
