Admins can't see Embargoed docs/Possibly effecting Notifications? #156

I went to check and noticed that the docs were missing for me. Shawn- shawn

The docs not displaying are a side effect of the templating error in #145, and not related to the problem you're experiencing. Probably more related to #157 or #151
