Multirequest Bug: can't search for agencies while "Saving Changes" popup active #1733

Strange bug -

After adding a new agency to a request, there's a popup indicating that changes are being saved. This seems to be conflicting with the agency search function, where no search can happen until the "Saving Changes" and the "Changes Saved" popup goes away. Makes adding bunches of agencies a little slow.

I am able to search while the "Saving Changes" and "Changes Saved" popup are active. What browser/version are you using? Do you use any extensions that might interfere?
