Ed Summers managed scrape of FOIAonline data, and dumped it into a database:

Internet Archive's Mark Graham was also coordinating a parallel project with them.
Michael will make an intro, but we'd like to break down the archive into per agency, per year "FOIA Logs" that can be imported into MuckRock's FOIA Log explorer.
