Should payment required status need manual review? #1846

We are having issues with Gloo mislabeling requests as payment required

1) Should all payment required statuses require manual review? 2) Should they require review over a certain dollar amount? 3) Should we try to update our Gloo prompt to try and get it to recognize the difference between requests for payment and estimates? 4) Sit tight and see how big of a problem it really is?

Add language to let user know the status was set by an automated system and they should confirm it is correct before sending payment

Copy for users to see when the payment status has been applied by Gloo

"Our automated system has identified a payment request. We assume our system has made an accurate detection; however, if it looks like the payment status has been applied in error, please submit a Get Help ticket."
